If there is a failed unit there is no need to replace the entire window, only the glass needs replacement and we can do that the same day you call, in most cases. Our units carry a 10-year warranty with the first 5 years covered 100% parts and labor. After five years the remaining warranty is for I.G. replacement only. This is the best replacement warranty available around. No one covers labor and materials for any part of their warranty.

If your windows are very old or are just not energy efficient the entire window may need replacement. We can serve you easily with brand new energy efficient windows from suppliers like CertainTeed, Mercer Windows & Empire Pacific Windows. CertainTeed Windows offer a limited lifetime warranty which means that for as long as the original home owner that purchased the windows retains ownership of the house the windows will be free from manufacturing defects. If the house is sold, the coverage is no longer lifetime but changes to 20 years for material and 5 years for labor measured from the date the original property owner had them installed.
